Enter words in the Common name box to find articles about trees or shrubs with the term in their common names (e.g. “Oak”, “Red”, “American”).

Use the Text of article box to find words that occur in the main text of the article. If you have tried to find a tree or shrub using the boxes above, and you have been unsuccessful, try searching here. You can also use this box to search for, e.g., property names, people, collector numbers, etc.

You may enter terms in more than one box, and the the results will find articles that match the terms in all of the boxes.

Searches look for the occurrence of all entered words at any position in the text.
