Shrub to 1 m, densely branched. Leaves narrower than is typical for the Doorenbos Group. Fruit white, ripening late (September), 1 cm wide, in clusters of 10–15 which sometimes unite to form larger groups. (Hoffman 2012).

USDA Hardiness Zone 4

RHS Hardiness Rating H6

‘Snow White’ was selected by the H. Kolster nursery in the Netherlands in 2013 from seed received from the United States as Symphoricarpos oreophilus (Hoffman 2012), but Hoffman remarks that it shows little influence of that plant and may be pure S. albus subsp. laevigatus. Among the Doorenbos Group of fruiting hybrid snowberries, he recommends this clone for its abundance of relatively small, pure white fruit, and its resistance to leaf-spot.
