A genus of graft-hybrids between Pyrus and Cydonia. It was included in × Pyronia by Rehder, but under modern rules of nomenclature this name must be restricted to sexual hybrids between the two genera. For other examples of graft-hybrids see + Crataegomespilus and + Laburnocytisus.
