A genus of five species (POWO 10/9/2025), natives of the Himalaya and S.E. Asia, named in honour of Sir Robert Colquhoun, Bart., ‘a gentleman very conversant with the various branches of natural history’ and at one time a patron of the Botanic Garden at Calcutta.
