Agapetes

Agapetes 'Ludgvan Cross' is perhaps the most frequently cultivated member of the genus, at least in the UK, though it is marginally hardy and away from the mildest coastal areas is better suited to a cool glasshouse. Its arching shoots bear large numbers of striking flowers (Princess of Wales Conservatory, RBG Kew, March 2023). Image John Grimshaw.
